Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Capital Grille, located at 4999 Old Orchard Center, Skokie, IL, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead department-level restaurant operations in alignment with the Darden Core Values. The successful candidate will ensure consistent delivery of balanced results and sustainable growth in sales and profits through effective personal, people, business, and results leadership.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years current salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service; Proven ability to develop a team; Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to great execution
