Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Sweetgreen, a fast-casual restaurant chain on a mission to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food, is seeking Restaurant Managers (Assistant Coaches) to lead their team members. Assistant Coaches are pivotal to the business, embodying sweetgreen’s values and creating a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy healthy meals together. The role involves mentoring team members, managing operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a restaurant management role; experience in fast-casual restaurant chains preferred; ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment; strong leadership behaviors and approachability; belief in and passion for sweetgreen’s core values; ability to champion understanding and appreciation of local and organic products
