Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: A college degree in hotel/restaurant management or related major is desirable; at least 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area; proficient in various dimensions of restaurant functions including sales, preparation, sanitation, security, and personnel management; minimum of 2 years’ experience as a manager in a high-volume high-end casual or fine dining restaurant; knowledge of Italian food and wine; experience managing a team of up to thirty employees per shift; must be Serv-Safe and TABC certified.
