Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ service experience in a restaurant of similar caliber; Minimum 2 years’ management experience in fine dining; High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree in Hospitality Management preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation management systems; Ability to work in high-stress environments, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for long periods; Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
