About: Hooters of America LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager in our Hooters of Fayetteville. This iconic concept operates 450+ restaurants worldwide, offering a fun and vibrant atmosphere with a focus on guest satisfaction and quality service provided by the World-Famous Hooters Girls.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; successfully completed food safety/sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization and planning skills; strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment; strong coaching skills; intermediate mathematical computation skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; ability to build relationships at all levels; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; ability to manage changing priorities
