Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a restaurant management role; experience in fast casual restaurant chains preferred; managed and developed 25+ team members per shift; passion for food and restaurant operations; ability to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams in a fast-paced environment; belief in and passion for the sweetgreen’s core values; strong leadership behaviors and approachability
