Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management in a high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant; 5+ years of progressive upscale restaurant experience; proven track record in exceptional service delivery and achieving financial targets; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; excellent communication and organizational skills; solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and guest relations; strong F&B knowledge and passion for creating a 5-star experience
