Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Lead-Cafe at Life Time is responsible for overseeing the activities and growth of the LifeCafe, including hiring, training, and supervising team members, executing menus according to Life Time standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves working in a fun and fast-paced environment alongside a team to deliver high-quality service and menu items.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; ServSafe Certification or equivalent certification; CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire; 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary or business; Experience with fast-casual or full-service restaurant operations
