About: Bahama Breeze, a Caribbean-inspired restaurant known for providing a fun and vibrant island dining experience, is seeking a Department Manager to lead restaurant operations in alignment with the Bahama Breeze Way. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales and profits through effective leadership and adherence to established systems and procedures.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service; proven ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for operational efficiency; stable job history with upward career progression
