Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: At least 1 year of food service management experience required; High school diploma or equivalent; Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards success; ServSafe Certification preferred; Understanding of confidentiality required; Ability to be hands-on, including standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50lbs for up to 12 hours; Arrives punctually; Excellent guest interaction skills; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Previous managerial experience strongly preferred; Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
