Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage various areas of responsibility within the operation, ensuring hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere. The role involves assisting the General Manager in efficient operations, vendor management, employee selection, training, and performance management. The Restaurant Manager will also handle general business administration, promote the business, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction and brand integrity. Requirements: High school diploma/GED; 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, operational, coaching, and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information and manage changing priorities.
