About: The restaurant and entertainment company Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to provide overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed guest experience expectations.
Requirements: 21+ years of age; 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience; Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor; Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience; True leadership capabilities; Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
