Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at Hooters of Harding. The Restaurant Manager will manage various areas of responsibility within the operation, ensuring hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere. They will assist the General Manager in running operations efficiently according to company policy and standards, oversee vendor and supplier relationships, participate in employee selection and training, manage performance evaluations, and handle general business administration tasks to promote business growth and brand integrity. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; completed food safety and sanitation training; minimum 21 years of age; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations and hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills; effective coaching and communication abilities; intermediate mathematical computation skills; ability to handle confidential information and changing priorities
