Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations at a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant, demonstrating leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values to drive sustained growth in sales and profits through personal, people, business, and results leadership.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service; Proven ability to develop a team; Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
