Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences. Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures. Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
