Requirements: Experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen; Manage hourly employees, conduct performance evaluations, coaching and discipline; Review applications, interview, and hire or make recommendations to hire hourly employees; Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules, and assigning tasks; Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction; Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training; Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food; Conduct formal line Taste & Temps; Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant; Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory; Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures; Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff
