Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their Hooters of Rock Hill location. The Restaurant Manager oversees various operational areas including Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere. They assist the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations according to company standards, manage employee performance, handle business administration tasks, and promote the business values.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment; Completed food safety/sanitation training; Must be 21 years of age or older; Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; General knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; Strong organization, planning, and operational skills in a customer-service & hospitality environment; Strong coaching, mathematical, and communication skills; Ability to handle confidential information and manage changing priorities
