Requirements: High school diploma/GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; minimum age of 21; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment; strong coaching and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information and manage changing priorities; valid ServSafe alcohol certification for roles involving alcohol service
