Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Twin Peaks is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead the team in maintaining a profitable store environment and delivering exceptional service, hospitality, and food and beverage offerings to every guest. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing costs, local marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, including employment and incident documentation procedures.
Requirements: Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars. Ability to effectively communicate in English, with Spanish communication skills being beneficial. Strong ability to apply common sense, understand and execute instructions, and handle situations with multiple variables. Must attend and successfully complete the Twin Peaks manager training program before working unsupervised, along with other required training such as food and alcohol service certifications.
