Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Capital Grille, located at 900 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead department-level operations. The manager will uphold Darden Core Values and drive sales and profits through exemplary leadership and execution.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of current salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service; proven ability to develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for operational excellence
