Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: El Toro Mexican Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining health and safety standards, managing inventory, collaborating with chefs on menu development, and upholding the restaurant’s guidelines and policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous restaurant experience required, management experience preferred; successful completion of a corporate training program required; strong supervisory and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, familiarity with food handling, safety, and restaurant guidelines, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
