Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Redeye Grill is a full-service restaurant located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, across from Carnegie Hall. The restaurant offers fresh seafood, prime steaks, sushi, and more, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality for a memorable dining experience. Redeye Grill serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, featuring live music and a beautiful indoor dining room along with an outdoor patio during the warmer months.
Requirements: Customer satisfaction and customer service skills; hands-on approach; hiring and communication skills; experience in the food & beverage industry; strong leadership and decision-making abilities; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
