Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Lead-Cafe at Life Time is responsible for overseeing the activities and growth of the LifeCafe. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising team members, executing menus according to Life Time standards, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Lead-Cafe will work alongside a team to ensure menu execution and uphold customer service expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; ServSafe Certification or equivalent certification; CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire; 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary, business; Experience with fast-casual or full-service restaurant operations
