Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Chick-fil-A Horsham is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Director to lead and oversee daily operations, enhance team culture, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive business growth in a dynamic restaurant setting.
Requirements: Work in the operation, overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes; Positively impact the team and culture by modeling core values; Ensure excellence in customer service and guest experience; Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and build sustainable sales and profit growth; Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training, scheduling, inventory, ordering, etc.
