About: Hooters of America LLC is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for their Hooters of North Little Rock location. The iconic concept operates over 450 restaurants worldwide, offering a fun and vibrant atmosphere with a focus on food, people, and customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; minimum age of 21 years; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations and hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills in a customer service and hospitality environment; strong coaching skills; intermediate mathematical computation skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, build relationships, handle confidential information, and manage changing priorities
