Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Jack in the Box is a renowned fast-food chain known for its variety of burgers, tacos, and other quick-served meals. The restaurant in Miami is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintain high standards of service and quality.
Requirements: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Internal Promote: Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations. External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility. Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Restaurant Manager training classes; must be ServSafe certified. Requires effective English communication skills, basic math proficiency, analytical skills, organization, planning skills, integrity, and ethical behavior. Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and use personal vehicle as needed. Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift and carry 10-65 lbs, operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle, and use a computer keyboard.
