Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Vets Hired is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of their dining establishment, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail in managing both the front and back of house operations.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or Hospitality Manager; proven customer service experience as a manager; extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to inform customers and wait staff about ingredients and dishes; familiarity with restaurant management software like OpenTable and PeachWorks; strong leadership, motivational, and people skills; acute financial management skills; BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or culinary schooling is a plus
