Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Chuy’s, a Tex-Mex restaurant chain founded in 1982 in Austin, Texas, is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join their hands-on, hardworking, and fun-loving team. The managers ensure effective operations, provide fresh, never frozen food, prioritize team member training and development, and uphold Chuy’s Famous ‘Ritas guest satisfaction standard in an engaging environment full of color and personality.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen; Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification; Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations; Results driven and team oriented
