Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: An upscale fine dining restaurant in search of a high-level Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The restaurant is financially strong and growing, offering a professional staff driven by great food and guest service.
Requirements: Must have 3+ years of senior management experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurant; go-getter attitude, lead by example, and positive upbeat attitude; passionate about food and guest service with good wine knowledge; proven track record of coaching and developing a management team and driving sales; experience opening a new restaurant highly preferred; high school diploma; no more than 3 jobs in five years, or 3 jobs in 9 years
