Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Chick-fil-A Horsham, a renowned fast-food restaurant chain, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Director to lead its operations and uphold the brand’s core values. The Restaurant Director will be responsible for overseeing daily systems and processes, driving team culture, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements: Work in the operation, overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes; Ensure excellence in customer service and guest experience; Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes; Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training, scheduling, inventory management, and ordering
