The restaurant managers at Chuy’s are hands-on individuals dedicated to ensuring effective operations and maintaining high guest satisfaction levels with their famous ‘Ritas’.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen; Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification; Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations; Results-driven and team-oriented
