Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager in their Hooters of North Charleston location. The restaurant operates with a focus on hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager to ensure efficient operations according to company standards, manage vendor relationships, support employee selection and training, and handle general business administration tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; successful completion of food safety and sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills; strong coaching and mathematical computation skills; ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, handle confidential information, and manage changing priorities.
