Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in the restaurant industry; prior management experience required; ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; excellent interpersonal communication skills; exceptional organization and leadership skills; dependable, reliable, and able to work well under pressure; must have a strong work ethic and take pride in their work; reliable means of transportation; must work well with others and show respect to co-workers
