About: Empire Hospitality Group is in search of dedicated and experienced Store Managers to lead single Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead efforts to drive sales growth, cultivate a thriving team culture, elevate the guest experience, and ensure operational excellence within your store.
Requirements: Hospitality Management or related field preferred; ServSafe or ANSI Certified Food Manager Certification; Minimum of 2 years of management experience within the QSR or hospitality industry; Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment; Strong leadership abilities with a knack for inspiring, motivating, and developing teams; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Allergen certification may be required, especially in states such as Illinois
