Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: HMSHost at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is looking for a Commissary Shift Manager to support the routine operations at the commissary. This position involves supervising non-management associates, assigning work responsibilities, providing on-the-job training, and making recommendations for associate status changes within the store. The role reports to the Commissary Manager or Commissary Chef.
Requirements: Requires up to 2 years of job-related experience in low volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or food production operations; demonstrates team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task; must have knowledge of HMSHost policies, product, service, quality, equipment, and operations standards; ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with individuals.
