Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is seeking Restaurant Manager(s) for its New York City locations. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for providing guests with friendly and professional service, maintaining a well-kept environment, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. This role involves floating during service, assisting the General Manager with staff training and restaurant upkeep, and requires superior French food and wine knowledge.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of service experience with at least two in a management role, preferably in fine dining or private club environment; ability to lead, train, and inspire staff; organizational skills; effective time management; professional demeanor and clear communication skills; ability to engage guests and build relationships.
