Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest USA flagged cruise line in the United States, is looking to add Restaurant Managers to their shipboard team for the 2025 season. With a fleet of no more than 200 passenger vessels offering a unique small ship experience, American Cruise Lines operates exclusively within the United States, providing an exceptional cruising experience for its guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; minimum 2 years management experience in a restaurant, banquet, or bar operation; strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English); availability for travel and flexible work schedule, including long days for extended periods; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
