Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: HMSHost at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport located in Terminal 3 at 3400 East Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034, is seeking a General Manager II (GMII) to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine Restaurant or a small cluster of restaurants with annual sales exceeding $4M. The GMII is responsible for maintaining high operational and financial standards, ensuring the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operating efficiently.
Requirements: GMIIs must have at least 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience with 5-7 years of overall working restaurant experience; graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience; strong team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills; knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, service standards, and operations; ability to communicate effectively and comprehend instructions and policies.
