Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in restaurant operations within standards; strong communication skills for supervision, training, and employee development; ability to ensure safety, sanitation standards, and customer satisfaction; knowledge of restaurant operations and equipment maintenance; completion of Manager in Training program; excellent organizational and math skills; adherence to anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies and values
