Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; successful completion of food safety and sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations and hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment; ability to communicate effectively and handle confidential information; ServSafe alcohol certification required for positions involving the service of alcoholic beverages
