Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end dining establishment; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control; knowledge of health and safety regulations; passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
