Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; minimum age of 21 years; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; general understanding of full-service restaurant operations and the hospitality industry; strong organizational, planning, coaching, and operational skills; ability to communicate effectively and build relationships; handle confidential information and changing priorities; must hold a valid ServSafe alcohol certification for positions involving serving alcoholic beverages
