Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to shape the culture of the restaurant, drive team member engagement, and ensure high guest satisfaction. The manager will oversee all operations in accordance with the guidelines set by Malnati Organization, delivering a positive guest experience and maintaining the highest quality of service and food.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus; minimum 2-3 years of restaurant experience; proficient in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication; training in various restaurant aspects such as waiting tables, prep work, and customer service; thorough knowledge of company products, services, and procedures; ability to work flexible hours, including holidays; physical ability to handle the demands of the restaurant environment
