Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Del Taco LLC. The independent franchisee will be the employer responsible for all employment matters in the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager role involves protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, ensuring sales growth, and maximizing restaurant efficiency and profitability through leadership.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 – 5 years experience in the QSR industry/full service concept; ServSafe Certified; fluent in English, Spanish is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great telephone manner; excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, accurate; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and math skills; ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure; proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, promote learning, development, and career growth
