Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Goode Company Kitchen and Cantina is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager who embraces challenges and takes ownership of their role. The manager collaborates with GMs to achieve financial goals and strategic objectives while inspiring continuous learning and career development among the team.
Requirements: 2 or more years of previous Restaurant Management Experience a must; Knowledge of all Kitchen (expo, mesquite, prep, line quality identifiers and standards) and Dining Room systems and operations (To Go, Host, Bar, and service standards); Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience required; Spanish speaking a plus, not required; Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
