Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Blueridge Restaurant Group is an upscale restaurant concept with seven restaurants in the Maryland/D.C. Metro area under the Copper Canyon Grill and Glenwood’s brands. Each restaurant offers an open-air kitchen, a polished casual ambiance, unparalleled service, and exceptional American cuisine.
Requirements: 3 years of restaurant experience required; minimum education level of a completed Associate’s Degree; reliable transportation; able to use touch-sensitive POS System – Toast experience a plus; able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs; able to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time; must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities; able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
