Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: 1+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment; must love interacting with guests and creating positive experiences; excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry; driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proficient in restaurant scheduling, inventory, and purchasing; ability to work full-time (48-55 hours a week); conflict resolution skills; experience in special event execution; preference for knowledge in wine, beer, and spirits; food safety knowledge; experience working with POS systems; experience in recruiting, staff education, and motivation.
