Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role; extensive food and beverage knowledge; familiarity with restaurant management software like OpenTable and Avero; strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
