Position: Restaurant Manager job

This role is a full-time on-site position for a Restaurant Manager at Panda Restaurant Group located in Brooklyn Center, MN. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage a team, hire and train staff, and maintain high food and beverage quality standards, as well as communicate effectively with customers and staff.
Requirements: Customer satisfaction and customer service skills; experience in hiring and training staff; excellent communication skills; knowledge of food and beverage operations; experience in the restaurant industry; strong leadership and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work well in a team; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus
