Position: Restaurant Manager – Jersey Mike’s (32019)
About: JCK Restaurants, an award-winning, locally owned multiunit franchisee of Jersey Mike’s, is looking to expand its management team. The management team at Jersey Mike’s serves as coaches, mentors, and leaders of their business units, fostering great service, positive energy, and dedication to team success and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years’ experience in a team/shift leader position; Jersey Mike’s phase 1 & 3 certification, with completion of phase 2 within the first 12 months; knowledge of employment law and Human Resources practices; basic math and computer knowledge; food handler’s permit; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and sufficient liability coverage
